Sonoma Raceway accepts donation requests between August 31st through April 1st Each Year

Please resubmit your request during that time.

Sonoma Raceway is proud to donate a gift certificate for two general admission tickets to the Saturday of one of our many racing events for your 501c organization's fundraiser.

Due to the high volume of requests, allow 4-6 weeks for processing - Thank you

Qualifications:

  • Request received between Aug. 31st - April 1st
  • Northern California organizations only
  • Limited to one request per organization per calendar year

Requests must include the following on a one-page document:

  • PDF or Word Document
  • Request must be on the organization's letterhead
  • Tax identification number
  • Date of your event 
  • Complete mailing address, including zip code
  • Due to the large number of requests, we are unable to fulfill incomplete requests.

Submitting request to us:

Please allow 4-6 weeks after mailing to receive the gift certificate.

Certificate winner must do the following to receive tickets:

  • Return the entire original gift certificate - photo copies, faxes, etc. will not be processed.
  • Must be received by the deadline stated on the certificate.
  • The certificate cannot be exchanged for a different event.
  • The certificate cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Tickets are mailed 2 weeks prior to the race event and after we receive the completed certificate.
