Where is packet pick up?

All registrants will be emailed their race ticket and parking pass. After entering the facility, registrants will park in Lot 12 and head to the registration booth at the top of Lot 12 to receive their race bib and packet. (If purchasing on Saturday, Sept. 17 or day of race day, please come to Gate 7 at Sonoma Raceway for your packet)

Where is shirt packet picked up at?

At the finish line!

How do I exchange a shirt?

If it has touched your skin then it is yours. Once we give you your shirt, you cannot come back and exchange it for another.

What time does the race start?

9am.

Will you have porta-potties?

Yes, at the start line and turn around

What is the entry fee?

$49 on race day and $55 on the morning of the event

Will you have medical personnel on site?

Yes, at the start/finish and turn around point.

Does it cost me to have my shirt mailed to me?

We are not mailing shirts in year one.

Can I run with a pet?

No pets are allowed on the course

Can I walk the 5K?

Walkers are always welcome

Do you have discounts for students or active/veteran military?

In year one we are not currently giving discounts, check back on year two.

If I get injured and cannot run, can i get a free entry into next year or get a refund?

We are currently not giving refunds. Though, check with us on a case by case basis and we will evaluate the circumstance.

Will there be refreshments after the race?

We will offer water, rehydration drink, and a snack at the conclusion of the event.

Can we go in to the race pits after the race?

You may purchase a garage pass at any of the ticket upgrade booths or at the Ticket Pit Stop.

Should I bring a change of clothes?

Yes, it is suggested you pack an extra set of clothes if you are staying for the race.
