SONOMA, Calif. (March. XX, 2019) - Sonoma Raceway and Speedway Children's Charities (SCC) will partner with Nor Cal Car Club to host the track's third Sonoma Show & Shine event on Saturday, April 20. All proceeds from this cars-and-coffee style event will benefit the Sonoma chapter of SCC and Sonoma Charter School.

Car enthusiasts and car club members alike are invited to park their cars on display in the raceway's main paddock, while enjoying entries ranging from exotics to hot rods along with a hot cup of coffee and pastries. The car show runs from 8 a.m. to noon; admission for participants and spectators is $20 per vehicle. Pre-registration for show cars is not necessary.

The event has attracted more than 450 participants in previous years, so whether you want to show your car, make it a family outing or enjoy a morning at the raceway, all are welcome for this festive day at the track.

SCC, the charitable arm of Sonoma Raceway, is dedicated to caring for children in educational, financial, social and medical need in order to help them lead productive lives. The Sonoma chapter of SCC has distributed more than $6.4 million to Sonoma County youth groups since 2001, including nearly $450,000 in grants awarded in 2018.

Sonoma Charter School is committed to equipping students with the tools they need for academic, personal and social achievement.
