The Nor Cal Shelby American Automobile Club (SAAC), the largest regional club affiliated with the National SAAC organization, is offering car enthusiasts the ride of their dreams during the 35th Annual Mini-Nationals event at Sonoma Raceway, Aug. 6-7.

During the event, individuals can purchase passenger rides in an eclectic range of classic muscle and track cars ranging from a 1967 Ford Mustang, and a 2020 Shelby Ford Mustang Prototype, to a 2002 Panoz Esperante GTS race car and many others! Each rider will receive three laps around the famous Sonoma Raceway road course with the car’s owner, and all proceeds from the event benefit Speedway Children’s Charities Sonoma.

“We’re excited about this excellent opportunity to be on the track and feel the excitement that Sonoma Raceway offers, and be upfront to feel what most competitive drivers see, all for a great cause,” said Nor Cal Shelby President, Scott Herbert.

Speedway Children’s Charities is the philanthropic arm of Sonoma Raceway, and supports children and families in need in Sonoma County.

The Nor Cal Shelby Mini-Nats event is free to the public and includes a Ford Fest Car Show (Sunday), Performance Pavilion, vendor displays and more.

Rides are limited, and pre-registration is encouraged. To register, visit https://www.speedwaycharities.org/events/sonoma/norcal-shelby-club-charity-rides/
