The FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) returns to North America for the second consecutive year this weekend at Sonoma Raceway, Sept. 7-8, but American fans unable to attend the event can still enjoy a same-day broadcast of the exciting double-header main event.

Stateside, the CBS Sports Network will broadcast both 50-minute sprint races at 2 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Sunday, Sept. 8, with a repeat airing scheduled for the same evening at 10 p.m. Pacfic Time.

In addition, Speed2, the online motorsports network, will broadcast a 24-minute highlight show and the 26-minute 'Inside WTCC' magazine on Wednesday, Sept. 18. The programmes will remain available online for three months.

In Northern California, Comcast SportsNet Bay Area will also broadcast the 30-minute highlight show on Wednesday, Sept. 11, at 8 p.m. (Pacific Time), with a number of scheduled re-airings throughout the month of September.  Check local listings for details.

Eurosport's coverage of the WTCC event in Sonoma will include live coverage of the qualifying sessions on Saturday at 2 p.m. PACIFIC (23:00 Central European Time), and both races on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. PACIFIC (20:30 and 23:00 CET).
