The beautiful cars of the Ferrari Challenge Series return to Sonoma Raceway for the eighth consecutive year this weekend, April 27-28. The event marks the third of the seven races for the 2013 Ferrari Challenge Series, the ultimate racing club of Ferrari 458 owners.

This highly-anticipated event, a long-standing highlight for Ferrari fans and clients, promises to deliver a weekend full of beautiful cars, exciting racing, entertainment, as well as a new autocross with the high-performance Fiat 500 Abarth.  This marks the series’ only stop on the West Coast in 2013.

Spectators are invited to attend the race and enjoy an open paddock area and the Ferrari-festival atmosphere, including the new Ferrari Experience Center featuring the latest Ferrari models, Ferrari Simulators, slot cars and much more.

The weekend will feature practice on Friday with qualifying and racing set for Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $20 each day or $40 for weekend pass and can be purchased at the gate.

This single-marquee racing series was designed to allow Ferrari owners to compete with fellow Ferrari owners on some of the world’s greatest race tracks. The Ferrari Challenge expanded to North America in 1994 with a full season of races and has been run every year since, making it the longest-running series of its type in North America.
