Thrilling racing is just one element that makes Sonoma Raceway one of North America’s premier motorsports venues.  Another is the Guest Services team who work alongside parking, shuttle and security staff to make sure that guests attending raceway events, including NASCAR and NHRA, have the information they need for an amazing race-day experience. 

Guest Services work in many roles, including interacting with customers at information booths, suite check-in areas and hospitality chalets.  For smaller events like Wednesday Night Drags and Sonoma Drift, Guest Services can get close to the racing action by working as starters for skid pad exercises and safety flaggers.

They also play an essential role in supporting Speedway Children's Charities, the charitable arm of Sonoma Raceway, which raises money for Sonoma County youth organizations that serve our region's youth building stronger communities.

NEW FOR 2021

The Guest Services program has changed from an all-volunteer position to a paid part-time guest services position on the Sonoma Raceway Events and Operations Team. The change will give the Guest Services team the opportunity to work more events in different roles for the raceway.

By becoming a Sonoma Raceway Guest Services team member you will be a part of a team that takes great pride in providing excellent customer service to all our guests. They also get an invaluable behind-the-scenes look into the world of motorsports.
