Donation Requests are Accepted August 1st through April 1st Each Year
Sonoma Raceway is proud to donate a gift certificate for two general admission tickets to the Saturday of one of our many racing events for your 501c organization's fundraiser.
Due to the high volume of requests, allow 4-6 weeks for processing - Thank you
- Request received between Aug. 1st - April 1st
- Northern California organizations only
- Limited to one request per organization per calendar year
Requests must include the following on a one page document:
- PDF or Word Document, please do not submit letter in body of email
- Request must be on the organization's letterhead
- Tax identification number
- Date of your event - i.e. December 12, 2014
- Complete mailing address, including zip code
- Due to the large number of requests, we are unable to fulfill incomplete requests.

Allow 4-6 weeks after mailing your request to receive the gift certificate.
Please let the certificate winner know the following:
- Return the entire original gift certificate - photo copies, faxes, etc. will not be processed.
- Must be received by the deadline stated on the certificate.
- The certificate cannot be exchanged for a different event.
- The certificate cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Tickets are mailed 2 weeks prior to the race event and after we receive the completed certificate.
